Instructions
In a large freezer zip baggies, combine the orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Add the chicken to the bag. Seal, and chill at least 1 hour (and up to 8 hours), turning occasionally.
Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, and discard the marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat (350℉ to 400℉) with the lid closed, 4 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish with orange slices and cilantro, if desired.
Notes
If you're preparing this recipe as gluten free, just be sure to use a brand of soy sauce that is known to be GF.
