This salad is the very definition of freshness with snow peas, grapes and feta cheese added in.

DRESSING:

balsamic vinegar

freshly squeezed orange juice

extra virgin olive oil

SALAD:

gourmet salad greens

snow peas,
trimmed and cut lengthwise into thin strips

seedless red grapes,
halved

cup (2 ounces)
crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. (Or, place all ingredients in a small jar and shake well.)
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing. Toss well and serve immediately.
