Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Whisk in the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and butter.
Pour into the unbaked pie crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the custard is set.
