Ingredients
SALAD:

cucumbers (skin left on),
sliced
½
medium
red onion,
peeled and chopped
DRESSING:

tablespoons
sour cream

tablespoons
mayonnaise
2
teaspoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
2
teaspoons
finely chopped fresh dill

garlic clove,
peeled and minced

salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss together the cucumbers and onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing on top of the vegetables and stir to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Give it a stir prior to serving.
