The blue cheese really works with the sweet red grapes in this simply delicious cole slaw.

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

crumbled blue cheese

granulated white sugar

shredded coleslaw mix with carrots
(pre-packaged)

seedless red grapes,
halved
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, blue cheese, sugar and cider vinegar.
Add the coleslaw mix, and grapes to the bowl. Gently stir until evenly coated and chill until serving.
Notes
It's okay to use half nonfat mayonnaise and half regular, or all light mayonnaise.
