Ingredients
SALAD:

large head
iceberg lettuce,
rinsed, dried and chopped

hard-boiled eggs,
chopped

red onion,
chopped

bacon,
cooked and crumbled

shredded cheddar cheese

frozen peas,
thawed
DRESSING:

mayonnaise
⅔
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

sour cream

tablespoon
granulated white sugar
Instructions
Place the chopped lettuce in a large glass dish or bowl; top with a layer of eggs, red onion, bacon, tomatoes, cheese and peas.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the top of the salad, and refrigerate until chilled.
Notes
To make this salad gluten free, just make sure you use brands of bacon and mayonnaise that are known to be GF.
