Sweet and Spicy Air Fryer Salmon is a quick, easy, delicious way to make salmon at home!
I have always heard that air fryer salmon was amazing. My friends had kept telling me to try it. We love salmon at our house so much, so I finally gave it a go. It’s amazing! It cooks perfectly in a short amount of time. And it turns out so good!
This air fryer salmon recipe comes from a new book by my friend Gina Homolka: Skinnytaste Air Fryer Dinners- 75 Healthy Recipes for Easy Weeknight Meals. If you have an air fryer, then this book is for you. I love what I’m seeing in this book for healthy dinner choices. And if you don’t have an air fryer, you must pick one up! I like the Cosori Air Fryer. It’s a little big larger than most. And it works great!

How to make Sweet and Spicy Air Fryer Salmon:
The complete, printable recipe is at the end of this post.
The first step is seasoning the salmon with salt. Then mix the glaze. It’s a simple combination of Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce and fresh ginger. Brush the glaze on the salmon.
Place the salmon in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 7 or 8 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped green onions (optional). Then serve!
When cooked in the air fryer, the outside of the salmon will have a bit of a crisp crust, and the inside will be moist and flaky. It’s delicious. Enjoy!
