Snickers Bar Banana Bread

Snickers Bar Banana Bread

When you have a few bananas ripening beyond eatability (is that a word?) on your countertop, and when you have a candy bar craving that is pretty much out of control, then you should bake this banana bread!

It’s more likely that you’ll have ripe bananas lying around than Snickers Bars, but it’s worth it to pick up a few Snickers to make this one.  This also makes a good banana bread to bake after your kids bring home lots of Snickers Bars in their Halloween candy bags!  Snag those candy bars and bake some banana bread!

Snickers Bar Banana Bread

It’s your classic, wonderful banana bread recipe… but it has chunks of Snickers candy bars mixed in.  What could be better?  I don’t think anyone will mind that you turned banana bread into something a little more decadent.

If Snickers aren’t your thing, you can certainly change things up by adding in a different candy bar instead.  Try using chopped Hershey or Crunch bars.  Milky Ways or Butterfingers would be good in this banana bread too!

Can I make these into muffins? If so, same temp and bake for how long? Thanks!

    Hello Recipe Girl
I’m just wondering what happened to the second half of chopped snickers in the banana bread.
    Thank you!

I left a sentence out- sorry, fixed! The rest of the Snickers are sprinkled on top!
