Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe  that has only 5 ingredients.

This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house.  And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook.  How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you?  Yes.  Very cool, indeed!

Your recipe looks good (as usual), the cookbook sounds good – but goodbite.com not so good for me. 🙁 Can’t get it to work, can’t get past “tab1” to browse recipes, don’t see any contact info or help, etc. I’m not having problem with other sites so don’t think it’s my browser. Oh well, not your problem. I’ll stick with enjoying the goodies you share here, which I do enjoy!

I just made pulled pork in the Crock pot this weekend, which was so easy and good.

When I know I will have a busy day/evening, I try to have a mixed bean soup going in the crock pot. If I forget to soak the beans, then I usually try to make something with rice, since it is so versatile. Fried rice is super quick, just cook the rice, scramble a few eggs, toss it all into a large skillet with some frozen mixed veggies and soy sauce, heat it all up and you have dinner!

My favorite go to weeknight meal is another slowcooker recipe from Fix It and Forget It Lightly called “Chicken Delicious”. It is so simple requires a few simple ingredients and I can put it in the pot before I leave in the morning and its done when I get home. All I need to do is make some rice to serve with it! It definetly lives up to its name.

My favorite weeknight go to dish is Hungry Girl’s Kung Pao chicken, but I substitute shrimp, which makes it very quick to fix, and it’s oh, so good!
