Here’s a Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe  that has only 5 ingredients.

This dinner recipe is a big hit in my house.  And I’m so happy to have a slow-cooker recipe that I can use for busy days where I don’t have time to cook.  How cool is it that a slow cooker can make lasagna for you?  Yes.  Very cool, indeed!

We make fajitas…chicken and onion and peppers cooked with a marinade sauce with tortillas, salsa, sour cream. We do it like once a week and it takes like 20 min…

My quickie go-to meal is a sweet potato! If I work late, I just rinse it off, poke it a few times, and throw it in the microwave. I pair it with a side salad and have a perfect, light dinner in under ten minutes.

We buy a chicken (the kind the grocery store has pre-made), a bag of frozen mixed veggies, a jar of gravy and some biscuits. Cook everything together and split the biscuits and put the chicken, vegie, gravy mixture on top. Super quick and still feels homemade.

My favorite go to meal is pre-peeled and deveined shrimp tossed with a bottle of Catalina dressing, 1/4 cup jarred garlic and a teaspoon or two of chili paste. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with pasta or brown rice. Very yum!!!!
