✏️ How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Dip:
*The complete, printable recipe is in the recipe card at the end of this post.
- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker insert (except cilantro). Stir.
- Put the lid on, and set the slow cooker to cook on LOW for 2½ hours. It’s okay to let it sit on warm when finished until ready to serve.
- Serve with sturdy tortilla chips for dunking.
➡️ Tips and Substitutions:
- Leave the chicken out for a no-meat dip.
- Use 16 ounces of cubed Velveeta cheese in place of the shredded cheddar.
- Use 4-ounces of cubed cream cheese in place of the sour cream.
- Black beans may be substituted for the chili beans.
- Bake this dip instead of slow cooker. Cover with foil, and bake for one hour at 350 degrees F, or until the cheese is nice and melted and everything is warm and gooey.
