How to make Potato Chips with Goat Cheese, Pepper Jelly and Bacon:
There are two key ingredients that are super important in this recipe. First, you must use thick-cut, sturdy potato chips. Second, the goat cheese must be a soft consistency. Room temperature works best.
Spread goat cheese on each chip. Spoon sweet red pepper jelly on top. Garnish with chopped chives and bacon. That’s it!
