Here’s an easy recipe for Nutella Heart Ravioli. These are Nutella filled won tons, lightly fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Make as many of these Nutella heart ravioli as you’d like. We had some won ton wrappers in our refrigerator left over from something else I made, so it was easy to just make a few as a treat for my family. They are also a fun after-school snack!

Ingredients Needed:

  • canola oil
  • won ton wrappers
  • Nutella
  • powdered sugar

✏️ How to make Nutella Heart Ravioli:

*The complete, printable recipe is in the recipe card at the end of this post.

  1. Heat the oil on medium high heat while you prepare the ravioli. Keep an eye on it. You want it to get hot, but not smoking. If it gets too hot, just pull it off the burner.
  2. On a large cutting board, cut each won ton wrapper with a heart-shaped cookie cutter (2½ inches or so).
  3. Scoop the Nutella into a zip baggie, snip the corner of the baggie and twist the baggie to force the Nutella into the snipped corner. Squeeze the baggie and draw a heart with the Nutella, right in the middle of the heart (using about a tablespoon of the Nutella). Draw Nutella into the center of 12 cut-out hearts.

➡️ Tips and Substitutions:

  • They should have won ton wrappers at your regular market. And they probably display them near the other refrigerated Asian foods.
  • You don’t have to make these heart-shaped. But they’re cute for Valentine’s Day!
  • It’s easiest to put the Nutella in a plastic baggie and snip off the end.
  • I don’t measure the temperature of the oil, but when you flick a drop of water into the oil and it sizzles… it’s ready for the ravioli.

  1. Rub the edges of each of the Nutella hearts with a little bit of water, place a matching heart shaped won ton wrapper on top and press to seal, squeezing out any air bubbles.
  2. Test the oil to see if it’s ready by flicking a drop of water into the oil. If it’s sizzling, it’s ready.
  3. Test frying out with one ravioli to begin. Gently drop it in and let it cook in the oil for 30 seconds to 1 minute before you flip it over. You want it to turn a nice golden brown color. Remove the fried ravioli to paper towels to drain the oil, then sprinkle it lightly with powdered sugar. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, cooking about 4 at a time. They are most delicious when served warm.

❤️ What I Love About This Recipe:

  1. It’s both delicious and cute.
  2. It’s a good way to use up leftover won ton wrappers.
  3. These little ravioli are a yummy Valentine’s Day treat!

These look perfect for something I’m hosting….do you think they could be made a day ahead?

I wouldn’t think so, but you’d have to test it out and see what you think.

How inventive! I’ve never actually tried Nutella, but I think I might have to now! Nice idea to make them into heart shapes too!

Oh my. What kind of evil recipe is this? Really. It’s just so evil. I want these right now but that’s sadly not going to happen. What could possibly be better than fried Nutella? My husband hates baked goods with Nutella because “nothing can compare to pure Nutella” but this is fried. Fried!

Oh You WICKED, WICKED, GIRL! Now I have to go and buy Won-Ton Wrappers on the way home to have something to do with my big jar of Nutella other than stick my spoon in it.
    WICKED I SAY! 🙂
But Thanks so much for sharing!
