Here’s a good one to make in your ice cream maker this summer: Key Lime Pie Ice Cream
We love the tart flavor of this ‘pie’ ice cream. If you’re a fan of a classic key lime pie, you’ll really love this ice cream.
The graham cracker crumbs really turn it into a pie-like ice cream flavor. Get out that ice cream maker and make some pie ice cream!
My ice cream maker of choice is the Cuisinart 1 1/2-quart Frozen Yogurt/Ice Cream maker. It works great, and I use it all summer long!

I want to try this recipe somehow subbing in Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Pie Cream Rum! What should I omit when I try this?
I’m not sure, sorry!
Hi, can the low fat be subbed with full fat milk? Was wondering if it was just to cut the calories or if the lime would react to the higher fat and separate. Thanks!
I think that would be just fine.
Yum, this sounds so refreshing and ideal for summer!
could I sub lemon juice?? thanks 🙂
For a lime ice cream? I don’t think that would work out well! You’d be making Lemon Pie Ice Cream!
