Anyone can make this easy recipe. It’s super kid friendly- turning carrots into little bites of sugary, buttery carrots with an orange twist. Yum!

Ingredients needed:

  • baby carrots
  • salted butter
  • brown sugar
  • orange juice

How to make Glazed Carrots:

Place the carrots in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
 
Add the butter, sugar and orange juice. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until the butter melts. Toss to coat evenly and serve.

Glazed carrots can be served with just about everything. I suggest trying them as a side dish to chicken drumsticks, baked parmesan chicken tenders or barbecue beef sandwiches. Be sure to drizzle some of the extra, sweet juices on top of each serving. Enjoy!
