Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Instructions
- Place the carrots in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Add the butter, sugar and orange juice. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until the butter melts. Toss to coat evenly and serve.
