About Phyllo Cups:

Phyllo cups can be found in the freezer section of your market. They should be placed next to the regular phyllo dough. They’re most available during the fall and holiday season. You may need to check a couple of stores before you can locate them.

What can you expect with this appetizer? The phyllo cups are crisp and flaky. The filling is delicious- just a mix of cream cheese, crab and green onion. It softens up a bit upon baking. And then there’s the little scoop of cranberry on top. So yummy!

This looks delicious! I’ll be making this for New Years. Is 1/4 cup of crab correct? That doesn’t sound like much.

    1. Lori Lange says:

yes, that’s correct. The shells are small- only about a teaspoon of the filling goes into each one. Enjoy!
