I have a little binder of recipes in my kitchen that I tend to make over and over again because my family loves them so much. Included in that binder are my recipes for Avocado Pine Nut Salad, Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Manicotti, Kona Inn Banana Bread and many more. This recipe for orange ginger grilled chicken thighs is also in that binder! It’s definitely a flavorful chicken, and I love to add the leftovers to salads, too.

Add the chicken thighs to the baggie. Seal, and chill at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. If you want to marinate the chicken overnight (or all day long), that’s perfectly okay too.

See how juicy and wonderful this grilled chicken looks? Grilled chicken can be dry if the marinade isn’t great or if you grill it too long. But this orange ginger marinade is perfect and so delicious. This just might be your new favorite grilled chicken recipe. Enjoy!
