  • apple juice
  • cinnamon stick
  • whole cloves
  • lemon

In small pan, combine the apple juice, cinnamon stick and cloves. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
 
Strain the cider, discarding the spices. Serve hot (or cold) with a slice of lemon.

    MM! I would love to try with some cloves. Only ever used cinnamon! Delightful!
