10 Minute Tomato Soup
This is a super simple and quick way to make homemade tomato soup. It will be a bit richer and creamier if you choose to use heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. I recommend serving your 10 Minute Tomato Soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. This is the perfect lunch or easy dinner for a gloomy day!

Jenny doesn’t use crazy ingredients that are tough to find at the grocery store, and that she keeps preparation simple. The book includes recipes for breakfast, main dishes, side dishes, appetizers and desserts. All of her recipes were created with picky palates in mind.

❤️Why I love this recipe:
- Let’s start with that all important “10 Minute” in the title. I love recipes that can be put together so quickly.
- I’m still a kid at heart and like noting better than tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. I admit to tearing off bits of the sandwich and dropping them into the bowl to be scooped up with spoonfuls of soup.
- It’s a kids friendly soup and I love being able to share this recipe with other moms.

Made this soup last night … mom loved it! I loved it. As I was making it mom said “It’s gonna be hard to beat Campbells”. Really? She is so funny.
