How to make Greek Spaghetti:
The complete, printable recipe is at the end of this post.
Toss gently to combine the ingredients.
Top the Greek Spaghetti with the remaining cheese crumbles and parsley. It’s ready to serve!
Is this an authentic Greek recipe?
No, it is not. It simply has Greek flavors of lemon, parsley, oregano, garlic, tomato and feta cheese. It’s “Greek inspired,” how’s that?
Individual servings should be served with a couple of twists of freshly ground pepper. Taste to see if you want to add salt or not. Feta cheese is pretty salty, so you may find that you don’t want any additional salt. Garnish the plates with lemon slices and chopped green onion, if you’d like. Enjoy!
Note about this recipe:
This recipe originally came from Cooking Light magazine. It’s not meant to be a pasta meal that’s covered with rich sauce (or sauce of any kind). This is pasta that is tossed with some pretty fresh ingredients. So it’s a little different than pasta dishes that you may be used to eating. We absolutely love having it for dinner at my house. I hope you like it too!
